LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.
— Megan Joy Byrnes, of Mill Hall, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.
— Pennie Sue Crust, of Mill Hall, charged with two counts retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived for court.
— John M Kuntz, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and duties at stop signs, waived for court.
— Nasir Ronald Campbell, of Philadelphia, charged with criminal mischief-damage property, charge withdrawn, and disorderly conduct, moved to non-traffic court.
— Kevin Lee Clark, of Billings, Mont., charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving under the influence in a commercial vehicle-first offense, commercial and school vehicles driver, disregard traffic lane and tow counts operating or permitting operation with unsafe equipment, waived for court.
— Jessica Lynn Hill, of Lock Haven, charged with definite trespass actual communication to, disorderly conduct engage in fighting and harassment, waived for court.
— Gerard Allen Jenkins, of Sunbury, charged with forgery-unauthorized act in writing and conspiracy-forgery, waived for court.
— Justin Michael Litz, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts statutory sexual assault: 11 years older, two counts aggravated indecent assault, two counts corruption of minors-defendant age 18 or above and two counts indecent assault person less than 16 years of age, waived for court.
— John McGetrick, of Lock Haven, charged with criminal mischief/damage property, intentionally, recklessly or negligently, indecent exposure, terroristic threats cause serious public inconvenience and disorderly conduct, hazardous/physical offense, waived for court.
— Drayvin Michael Redick, of Kulpmont, Pa., charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, driving without a license, careless driving and period for requiring lighted lamps, waived for court.
— Samuel William Martinez, of Bellefonte, charged with fleeing or attempting to elude officer, two counts accidents involving death or injury while not licensed, resisting arrest/other law enforcement, two counts recklessly endangering another person, failure to notify police of accident/injury or death, driving without a license and duties at stop signs, waived for court and corruption of minors, charge withdrawn.
— Gilbert Jeffrey Stevenson Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with fleeing or attempting to elude officer, recklessly endangering another person, vehicle registration suspended, driving without a license, disregard traffic lane, careless driving and reckless driving, held for court.
