— Steven Clair Douty, of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving under the influence of a high rate of alcohol-first offense, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.
— Rickey Lynn Duck III, of Beech Creek, charged with forgery-unauthorized act in writing, forgery-utters forged writing, three counts access device issued to another who did not authorize use, three counts identity theft, theft property lost etc. by mistake, receiving stolen property, three counts theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy-identity theft, waived for court.
