LINDEN — State police at Montoursville investigated a case of theft that took place at 8 a.m. on Aug. 7.
According to police, Bethany Beachum, 32, of Linden had prescription drugs taken from her 2009 Chevrolet Silverado while it was parked at her workplace in Sullivan County. Police say the drugs taken were Oxycodine pills. Anyone with information about the theft is asked to contact state police at (570) 368-5700.
LINDEN — A case of criminal mischief is being investigated by state police at Montoursville.
According to police, a 66-year-old Linden man had the interior of his vehicle damaged by an unknown suspect. The vehicle, a 2019 Nissan Sentra, sustained damage to the interior of the passenger side door. Damage was estimated at $25.
The incident took place sometime between Oct. 6 and Oct. 8, according to police. Anyone with information about the crime is asked to contact state police.
Driving under the influence
BEECH CREEK — A case of DUI was investigated by state police at Rockview.
Around 12:25 a.m. on Oct. 9, state police conducted a traffic stop on at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and Fairview Street in Beech Creek Borough, Clinton County. Evan Pletcher, 24, of Blanchard, showed multiple signs of impairment and was subsequently arrested for DUI. Charges are pending through magisterial district justice 25-3-02.
JULIAN — A case of harassment was investigated by state police at Rockview around 4 p.m. on Oct. 4.
According to police, a 25-year-old Philipsburg male was arguing with a 26-year-old Bellefonte female along Blarney Stone Drive in Union Township, Centre County. The male allegedly tried to carry the female into a 2015 Hyundai Elantra. The male was cited for harassment, according to police.
