— Jesse Daniel Imes, of Jersey Shore, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard traffic lane, turning movements and required signals and careless driving, waived for court.
— Warren Kendell Leach, of Lock Haven, charged with stalking, loitering and prowling at night, charges withdraw, and disorderly conduct, moved to non-traffic court.
— Justin Wayne Rishel, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts aggravated assault-attempts to cause or causes bodily injury to designated individual, two counts simple assault and two counts resist arrest/other law enforcement, waived for court.
— Christopher Arlen Temples, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-third offense, driving under the influence of a controlled substance-third offense, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of children and operating vehicle without valid inspection, held for court.
