Criminal mischief

SNOW SHOE — State police at Rockview investigated a case of criminal mischief that took place sometime between 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 14 and 3:30 a.m. on Nov. 15 at Rebelz Adult Entertainment Club in Snow Shoe Township, Centre County.

According to police, Ashley Hauser, 28, of Moshannon had her tires slashed, driver’s side mirror broken and driver’s side front window smashed out. Damage was estimated at $250.

Indecent assault

BELLEFONTE — A case of indecent assault was investigated by state police at Rockview that took place around 4:35 p.m. on Nov. 14 along Penntech Drive in Benner Township, Centre County. State police assisted Williamsport City Police with a sexual assault investigation of a 27-year-old Bellefonte woman.

The investigation continues.

Assault at SCI Benner

BELLEFONTE — State police at Rockview investigated a report of an assault between two inmates at SCI-Benner that took place at 7:45 p.m. on Nov. 3.

William Morales, 53, of Bellefonte got into an altercation with Craig Miller, 53, of Bellefonte. Charges against Morales are to be filed in magisterial district court 49-3-02.

Rape investigated

SNOW SHOE — A case of rape is being investigated by state police at Rockview. The incident took place sometime between 7 p.m. on Nov. 14 and 10 p.m. on Nov. 15 in Snow Shoe Township, Centre County.

The investigation is ongoing.
