School bus involved in crash

MADISONBURG — No injuries were reported from a crash that occurred between a 2014 Thomas Built school bus and 2016 Ford Explorer at the intersection of Madisonburg Pike and Madison Avenue, Miles Township, state police at Rockview said.

On Nov. 16, Marlin G. Fultz, 45, of Spring Mills, was attempting to turn the bus from the pike onto Madison Avenue when struck the Explorer, driven by Sebastian R. Pispas, 26, of Rebersburg, who was traveling west on the roadway, police said.

Fultz, Pispas or the nine school children on the bus, suffered any injuries as a result of the crash, police said.

Fultz received a citation related to stop signs and yield signs, police said.

Property damage

CENTRE HALL — Sophia Porter, 19, of Centre Hall, confessed to spray painting a sign at The Meadows, 132 The Meadow Drive, Potter Township, and causing $2,500 worth of damage, state police at Rockview said.

The incident occurred on Nov. 19, police said.

Charges will be filed.
