Firearms violation

BELLEFONTE — State police at Rockview investigated a firearms violation on Dec. 17.

According to police, the violation took place on May 26 at 330 Penntech Drive in Benner Township, Centre County. The investigation is ongoing.

Theft by deception

HOWARD — A case of theft by deception is investigated by state police at Rockview.

According to police, a 28-year-old Howard female had money stolen via illegal PayPal transfer. The incident took place around 11 a.m. on Nov. 29 along Howard Divide Road in Howard Township, Centre County.

Police say there are no leads or suspects at this time.

Harassment

MUNCY TOWNSHIP — A case of stalking and harassment was investigated by state police at Montoursville on Dec. 13.

According to police, Justin Kuns, 46, of Jersey Shore made contact with a 40-year-old Williamsport woman which served no legitimate purpose, other than to harass or annoy the victim by threatening physical harm to her current boyfriend.

A citation for harassment was filed through district court 29-3-03.
