Harassment
RENOVO — State police at Lamar investigated a case of harassment that took place on Dec. 22 in Renovo Borough, Clinton County.
According to police, Holly Winkelman, 36, of Renovo, harassed and struck a man in the left wrist. The incident was in violation of Title 18 of Section 2709 of the Pennsylvania crimes code.
The investigation is ongoing.
One-vehicle crash
LOGANTON — State police at Lamar investigated a one-vehicle crash that took place around 3 p.m. on Dec. 16.
The crash took place at milemarker 182 on Interstate 80 westbound in Lamar Township, Clinton County. According to police, a 2015 BMW XL being driven by Renesha Holiness, 32, of Cleveland, lost control of her vehicle in the snow, left the roadway and struck a ditch. The vehicle sustained severe damage and had to be towed from the scene by Tressler’s Towing.
Holiness was not hurt in the accident.
Motor vehicle stolen
BELLEFONTE — State police at Rockview investigated the theft of a motor vehicle that took place in Spring Township, Centre County on Dec. 21.
According to police, a 2007 vehicle was stolen from a 67-year-old Bellefonte woman. The theft took place sometime between 7:50 a.m. and 4:50 p.m.
The investigation continues.
Items stolen
BOGGS TOWNSHIP — A case of theft was investigated by state police at Rockview.
According to police, sometime between the hours of 8:03 p.m. and 8:56 p.m. on Dec. 14, someone hopped the fence at ACE Hardware in Boggs Township and took unknown items from the storage dock.
The victim was a 44-year-old Bellefonte man.
The investigation continues.
Theft by deception
MILESBURG — State police at Rockview investigated a case of theft by deception that took place on Nov. 29.
According to police, a 32-year-old Milesburg man had $3,240 removed from his bank account by an unknown person. The incident is still under investigation.
Mail stolen
HOWARD — A case of theft was investigated by state police at Rockview on Dec. 11.
According to police, multiple items were stolen from a mailbox along Two Mile Road in Walker Township, Centre County. Someone stole a daypack and two short sleeve T-shirts. The items were valued at $32.48.

Items stolen
BELLEFONTE — State police at Rockview investigated a case of theft that took place along Millgate Road in Benner Township, Centre County.
According to police, someone stole numerous items from mailboxes in a neighborhood. The items stolen included Christmas cards, earrings, gift cards, photos and prescription medication. The items are valued at $176.
The victims were a 46-year-old man, a 39-year-old man, a 35-year-old woman, a 53-year-old man and a 48-year-old man, all of Bellefonte.

Firearms violation
BELLEFONTE — State police at Rockview investigated a firearms violation that took place in May.
According to police, a convicted felon attempted to purchase a firearm at J&E Guns, which is located along the Benner Pike in Bellefonte. The investigation continues.
