Two-vehicle accident

JERSEY SHORE — State police at Montoursville investigated a two-vehicle crash that took place on Dec. 22 in Limestone Township, Lycoming County.

According to police, Trevor A. Boring, 25, of Jersey Shore was traveling along state Route 880 in a 2018 GM Sierra, just North of Gottshall Road when he attempted to pass a 2001 Freightliner being driven by Kevin Jameson, 26, also of Jersey Shore. The Sierra struck the Freightliner and overturned. The Sierra sustained damage to its right quarter panel and severe damage to its roof. The Freightliner sustained minor damage to the front bumper.

There were no injuries. Police were assisted at the scene by the Nippenose Valley Fire Department, Susquehanna Regional EMS and PennDOT.


CENTRE HALL — A case of harassment was investigated by state police at Rockview on Dec. 18.

According to police, two patients at The Meadows in Potter Township, Centre County, became involved in a physical altercation. A 17-year-old female was cited for harassing a 14-year-old female. The 17-year-old was cited through magisterial district justice 49-3-04.
