— At 11:21 a.m., the Avis, Wayne Township (McElhattan), Woolrich, Dunnstown, Castanea, Lock Haven (Citizen’s Hose), Flemington (Good Will Hose), Beech Creek/Blanchard, Sugar Valley (Loganton), Lock Haven (Hand-in-Hand), Mill Hall, Antes Fort, Nippenose Valley, Woodward Township, Montoursville, Waterville, Old Lycoming Township, Bellefonte (Logan’s), Howard and Jersey Shore (Citizen’s Hose) fire departments along with Jersey Shore EMS responded to a structure fire at 18 W. Central Ave. in Avis Borough. The call was cleared at 4:50 p.m.
