Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

— Alan Jones II, of Lock Haven, charged with false alarm to agency of public safety and false report-falsely incriminate another, held for court.

— Justin Kyle Ashton, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, careless driving, reckless driving, accidental damage to unattended vehicle or property, failure to notify police of accident/injury or death, driving at safe speed, prohibiting text-based communication and operating vehicle without required financial reciept, waived for court.

— Lance Carson Baker, of Linden, charged with rape forcible compulsion, sexual assault, indecent assault forcible compulsion, indecent exposure and simple assault, waived for court.

— Charles Herb Bechdel, of Howard, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving under the highest rate of alcohol-first offense, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and no rear lights, waived for court.

— Phillip Alex Figart, of Lemont, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense and careless driving, waived for court.

— Justin Zachery Overgord, of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, exceed maximum speed limit established by 13 mile per hour and careless driving, waived for court.

— Timothy Robert Peters, of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, driving at safe speed, disregard traffic lane, failure to notify police of accident/damage to vehicle, reckless driving and operating vehicle without required financial receipts, charges withdrawn, careless driving, failure to stop and give information render aid and accidental damage to unattended vehicle or property, waived for court.

— Javaun Derion Taylor, of Boalsburg, charged with burglary-overnight accomodations; person present, criminal mischief-tamper with property and criminal attempt-criminal use of communication facility, waived for court.

— Joshua Adam Rathmell, of Mackeyville, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, waived for court.

— Clayton Shane Policastro, of Renovo, charged with possession of firearm prohibited, firearms not to be carried without a license, inmate procure etc. self with weapon, contraband-possession of telecommunication device by inmate, possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and make repairs/sell/etc. offensive weapon, held for court.
