Drug possession

BELLEFONTE — State Police at Rockview investigated a case of drug possession on I-80 in Marion Township at 9:49 a.m. on March 23.

According to police, a 2009 Chevrolet sedan was stopped for speeding, an odor of marijuana was allegedly detected and the operator gave consent to search the vehicle.

Marijuana was allegedly located inside the vehicle. Charges are pending against the operator.

Window damaged

BELLEFONTE — State Police at Rockview investigated a case of criminal mischief that occurred on Barns Lane in Benner Township at 3 p.m. on Feb. 24.

The suspect allegedly damaged a window at the residence. Damage was estimated $50. This investigation is currently ongoing.

Hit and run

LOCK HAVEN — State Police at Lamar investigated a car crash that occurred on 8 Fleming Avenue in Castanea Township at 7:28 p.m.

The crash allegedly occurred as the driver was traveling south on Fleming Street, traveled off the roadside for unknown reasons and impacted the right rear portion of a parked 2007 Ford Escape in a driveway.

According to police, there was yellow paint transfer from the driver that was observed at the scene.
