No shots fired

JERSEY SHORE — No shots were actually fired in the 200 block of Wilson Street in Jersey Shore on April 2, according to Tiadagton Valley Regional Police, who responded to the scene at approximately 3:42 a.m. to the report of gun shots. Officers made contact with the occupants of the residence and determined that no shots were fired.

The scene was cleared and officers were available at 4:38 a.m., police said.

Two-vehicle crash

BELLEFONTE — A two-vehicle crash called state police at Rockview to the scene on March 30.

According to police, a 2001 Dodge Intrepid being driven by Nathaniel Antonuccio, 18, of Julian, was traveling westbound along Runville Road in Boggs Township, Centre County. A 2018 Subaru XV Crosstrek being driven by Kimberly Fisher, 42, of Bellefonte was attempting to turn into her driveway at 662 Runville Road when she was struck from behind.

No injuries were reported.

The Intrepid had to be towed from the scene by Rich’s Towing.

The crash took place at 7:44 a.m., police said.

Drug possession

SNOW SHOE — A case of drug possession was investigated by state police at Rockview on April 1.

According to police, Darrell Monday, 20, of Warren, Ohio, was stopped along Interstate 80 in Snow Shoe Township, Centre County. Police say that an odor of marijuana was detected and a consent search was conducted. The vehicle search yielded a small amount of marijuana. Charges are pending through magisterial district justice 49-3-03.

One-vehicle crash

BELLEFONTE — State police at Rockview were called to the scene of a one-vehicle crash that took place near the intersection of Grove Lane and Jacksonville Road in Marion Township, Centre County, on March 31.

According to police, a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country mini-van being was traveling along state Route 26 when a deer entered the roadway. The mini-van struck the deer. Damage to the vehicle was moderate.

The vehicle was towed from the scene by Rich’s Towing. No injuries were reported.

The crash took place around 10 p.m.

PFA violation

JERSEY SHORE — State police at Montoursville report a PFA violation that took place along Jobs Run Road in Anthony Township, Lycoming County.

According to police, Heather Cohick, 39, of Jersey Shore violated a PFA. The victim was a 61-year-old woman from Jersey Shore. Cohick fled the scene and charges have been filed, police said.
