Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

— Keith Richard Adams, of Mill Hall, charged with DUI: controlled substance-impaired ability-second offense and disregard traffic lane (single), charges dismissed.

— Joshua David Jeffrey Beach, of Tioga, charged with DUI: high rate of alcohol-first offense, simple assault, harassment-subject other to physical contact, public drunkenness and similar misconduct, and disorderly conduct engage in fighting, waived for court.

— Michael Todd Doubles, of Renovo, charged with Forgery-unauthorized act in writing, theft by unlawful taking-movable property, receiving stolen property, and identity theft, waived for court.

— Shane Allen Hockenberry, of Mill Hall, charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, intentional possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, waived for court.

— Vesta Marie Jones, of Mill Hall, charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; criminal use of communication facility and intentional possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, waived for court.

— Bryan Keith Eldred, of Mill Hall, charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; criminal use of communication facility and intentional possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, waived for court.

— Hunter Neil Parks, of Drifting, charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol-first offense, waived for court.

— William Allen Payne-Blakely, of Lorain, Ohio, charged with possession of firearm prohibited, firearms not to be carried without license, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest/other law enforcement, DUI: controlled substance-impaired ability-first offense, intentional possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, obscured, covered, or inhibit visibility to plate, reckless driving, exceeding 65 or 70 mph for all vehicles by 20 mph, driving at safe speed, disregard to traffic lane (single), turning movements and required signals, waived for court.

— Luke Aaron Welshans, of Lock Haven, charged with DUI: general impairment/incapacity of driving safely-first offense, DUI: high rate of alcohol-first offense, driving without a license, and failure to stop at a red signal, waived for court.
