Disorderly conduct

BLANCHARD — An 18-year-old Blanchard man was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident near the intersection of Robin and Eagles Nest Forest roads, Liberty Township, state police at Rockview said.

On Oct. 8 at 6:45 p.m., police responded to a disorderly conduct incident between the 18-year-old and 53-year-old Blanchard woman. It was determined that the conduct did occur, police said.

Charges were filed through district court 49-3-02.

Harassment

LOCK HAVEN — Arthur W. Peck, 52, of Woodward Meadows, was charged with harassment and two counts of disorderly conduct following actions he took on Sept. 24 with the property’s manager, Woodward Township Police said.
