Man arrested

for criminal trespass

LOCK HAVEN — Lock Haven City Police report that Donald Eugene Fisher Jr., 44, of Lock Haven, was arrested for criminal attempt-criminal trespass, criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

According to Crimewatch, on Sept. 24, Fisher attempted to enter a residence and was unable to do so. Fisher then walked into a different residence on Youngs Ave and sat on the couch claiming he was waiting for a ride and hiding from parole. The resident didn’t know Fisher. Fisher was apprehended a short distance away and resisted arrest. Fisher was found in possession of bath salts.

Drug arrest

LOCK HAVEN — Lock Haven City Police report that Lindsey Marie Bliss, 36, Jersey Shore, is being charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to police, on Oct. 3, Bliss was in possession of a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine while in a parking lot in the 300 block of E. Park St.

Hindering apprehension

LOCK HAVEN — Kailah Breann Ross, 21, of Lock Haven, is being charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution, Lock Haven City Police report.

On Oct. 11, Ross was found to be harboring a fugitive in her residence knowing that the person was wanted, according to Crimewatch.

Physical altercation results in injuries

LINDEN — State police at Montoursville were dispatched to Harvest Moon Park on Oct. 15 involving a report of assault between a 46-year-old man, of Linden, and a 47-year-old woman, of Jersey Shore.

Upon investigating the report, police found that two parties engaged in a physical altercation which resulted in moderate injuries.

The incident is being investigated by PSP Montoursville.
