Two charged in separate cases
JERSEY SHORE — Tyler Moore, 21, of 805 Allegheny St., apartment 1, Jersey Shore, was charged with felony trespassing and criminal mischief after allegedly kicking in Terra Bertin’s front door at 844 Railroad St. in the borough about 3:45 a.m. on Oct. 14, Tiadaghton Valley Regional police said. He walked in, but quickly left after Bertin said she was calling the police, an affidavit stated. Following his arraignment before District Judge William Solomon, he was committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail.
In another case, Jesse M. Spotts, 27, of 703 Allegheny St., apartment 5, Jersey Shore, has been charged with criminal mischief after he caused an estimated $3,600 damage to Stephen Ross’ pickup truck while it was parked in the 100 block of North Main Street on Aug. 22, Tiadaghton Valley Regional police alleged in an affidavit.
The driver’s side windows were smashed and there was additional damage to rear fender and taillights, police said. Spotts, who is free on $2,500 bail, admitted to causing the damage, police said.
