LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceeding were held before district judges:

— Tasha Sue Bryan, of Beech Creek, charged with receiving stolen property, held for court.

— Kenneth R. Caris Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with receiving advance payment for services and failed to perform, theft by deception-false impression and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

— Scott Filmore Killinger, of Lock Haven, charged with endangering the welfare of children-parent/guardian/other commits offense, charge withdrawn.

— Shawn Michael Lovett, of Renovo, charged with criminal trespass-break into structure, defiant trespass actual communication to and criminal mischief-damage to property, waived for court.

— Jesse Charles Shields, of Westport, charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and marijuana-small amount personal use, held for court.

— Christen Makaveli, of Baltimore, Md., charged with DUI: controlled substance-schedule 1-first offense, DUI: controlled substance-metabolite-first offense, DUI: controlled substance-impaired ability-first offense and DUI: controlled substance-combination alcohol/drugs-first offense, waived for court.

— John R. Baney III, of Mill Hall, charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol-third offense, DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely-third offense, accident involve damage attended vehicle/property, fail to stop and give information render aid, driving with blood alcohol content of .02 or greater while license suspended and failure to stop at red signal, waived for court.

— Donald Eugene Fisher Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with criminal trespass-break into structure, criminal trespass-enter structure, intentional possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, resisting arrest/other law enforcement, manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Donald Eugene Fisher Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Ronald Lyle Frank, of Lock Haven, charged with DUI: controlled substance-impaired ability-first offense, DUI: controlled substance-schedule 1-first offense, DUI: controlled substance-schedule 2 or 3-first offense, intentional possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Laurie Lynn Fredericks, of Linden, charged with DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely-first offense, and DUI: highest rate of alcohol-first offense, waived for court.

— Brandon Keith Hall, of Lock Haven, charged with DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely-first offense, turning movements and required signals and operating a vehicle without valid inspection, waived for court.

— Allen William Hamilton, of Williamsport, charged with DUI: controlled substance-impaired ability-first offense, turning movements and required signals, and disregard traffic lane, waived for court.

— William Lee Honetor, of Lock Haven, charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence, accidents involving death or personal injury, accident involving damage attended vehicle/property, DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely-first offense, reckless driving, homicide by vehicle and aggravated assault by vehicle, held for court.

— Jeremy Scott Orwan, of New Cumberland, charged with endangering welfare of children-parent/guardian/other commits offense, waived for court.

— Lance Thomas Stahl, of Mill Hall, charged with DUI: general impairment/incapable of driving safely-first offense, driving unlicensed vehicle, driving without a license, disregard traffic lane, turning movements and required signals, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and careless driving, waived for court.

— Richard C. Winter, of Linden, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property, agricultural trespasser when ordered not to enter, and agricultural vandalism, waived for court.

— Steven Craig Yocum, of Lock Haven, charged with DUI: controlled substance-impaired ability-first offense, marijuana-small amount personal use, and signal improper, waived for court.
