Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

— Robert L. Bassett, of Cogan Station, charged with terroristic threats with intention to terrorize another and simple assault, waived for court.

— Kaleb C. Copenhaver, of Lock Haven, charged with DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely-first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol-first offense, disregard traffic lane (single), driving at safe speed and careless driving.

— Jeffery W. Donoughe, of Mill Hall, charged with burglary-overnight accommodations; person present, criminal trespass-break into structure and harassment-communication, lewd, threatening, etc. language, waived for court.

— Maryce Raymon Johnson, of West Mifflin, charged with DUI: high rate of alcohol-first offense, DUI: general impairment/incapability-first offense, disregard traffic lane (single), careless driving, improper sunscreening, fail to carry registration and exceed 65 or 70 mph for all vehicles by 15 mph, waived for court.

— Michael Lane Marando, of Renovo, charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol-first offense, DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely-first offense, disregard traffic lane (single) and careless driving, waived for court.

— Carl Allen Merrill, of Beech Creek, charged with DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely-first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol-first offense, fail to keep right, careless driving and turning movements and required signals, waived for court.

— Devyn James Parker, of Lock Haven, charged with fleeing or attempting to elude officer, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, operating vehicle without valid inspection, careless driving, reckless driving, operating vehicle without required responsibility and period for requiring lighted lamps, waived for court.

— Kailah Breann, of Lock Haven, charged with hinder apprehension/prosecution-harbor or conceal, waived for court.

— Donald John Sauerwine, of Wilkes-Barre, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use and exceed 65 or 70 mph for all vehicles by 24 mph, waived for court.
