Harassment

PLEASANT GAP — A Pleasant Gap teen was cited for harassment following an investigation by state police at Rockview in Spring Township, Centre County.

Police were called to West College Avenue on June 24 at about 5:04 a.m. for the report of an inactive domestic.

A 15-year-old boy allegedly shoved a 45-year-old Bellefonte woman during the incident, police said.

Harassment

PLEASANT GAP — State police at Rockview were called to 132 The Meadows Drive, Potter Township, Centre County, on June 24, for a case of harassment.

No charges will be filed as the victim refused to cooperate, police said.

Strangulation

BELLEFONTE — James Willis, 44, of State College, was arrested following a domestic violence incident that took place along East High Street in Bellefonte, Centre County on June 15, state police at Rockview said.

Police responded to the incident, which occurred at 4:10 a.m., where Willis is accused of grabbing the 58-year-old woman, of Bellefonte, around the wrist and throat.

Willis also attempted to grab the phone from the victim, police said.

Willis was taken into custody and appropriate charges will be filed, police said.

Criminal mischief

BELLEFONTE — State police at Rockview are investigating an incident of criminal mischief involving a 45-year-old Bellefonte man and a 2015 Buick Lacrosse.

The incident took place between 1 p.m. and 7:14 p.m. on June 27 along Curtin Village Road, Boggs Township, Centre County, police said.

Driving under the influence

HOWARD — The driver of a 2004 Saturn may face DUI charges, state police at Rockview said.

On June 26 at 4:53 p.m., state police at Rockview stopped near the intersection of Walnut Street and North Eagle Valley Road, Howard Township, Centre County to check what appeared to be a disabled vehicle, police said.

According to police, the driver, whose name was not listed, was determined to be under the influence of alcohol.

Charges are pending.

Multiple charged

with trespassing

HOWARD — Six individuals have been charged with simple trespass by state police at Rockview in Centre County.

According to police, on June 28 at 6:58 p.m., a 22-year-old woman, 20-year-old woman, 22-year-old woman, 23-year-old woman and 25-year-old woman, all of Lock Haven, and a 26-year-old man from Howard trespassed onto a quarry along Jacksonville Road, Marion Township, Centre County. The quarry is owned by Hanson Aggregates and was fenced and properly posted, police said.

Terroristic threats

SNOW SHOE — State police at Rockview were called to Snow Shoe Rails to Trails near the intersection of West Sycamore and Askey Roads, Snow Shoe Township, Centre County, on June 12 for a fight involving a firearm.

The firearm was recovered and Seth Guyer, 23, of Bellefonte, was arrested and arraigned for terroristic threats, police said.
