Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

— Dwayne E. Slaterbeck, of Beech Creek, charged with DUI: high rate of alcohol-1st offense, DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely-1st offense, DUI: controlled substance-combination alcohol/drugs-1st offense, DUI: controlled substance-schedule 1-1st offense, DUI: controlled substance-schedule 2 or 3-1st offense, fail to keep right and disregard traffic lane (single), waived for court.

— Sheila Jo Salvo, of Jersey Shore, charged with stalking-repeatedly commit acts to cause fear, simple assault, defiant trespass actual communication to and harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.

— Sheila Jo Salvo, of Jersey Shore, charged with open lewdness and disorderly conduct hazardous/physical offense, waived for court.

— Zachary Ryan Graybill Hinkal, of Raliegh, N.C., charged with no headlights, DUI: controlled substance-impaired ability-1st offense and DUI: controlled substance-schedule 1-1st offense, waived for court.

— Steven Cleo Heltman, of Mill Hall, charged with DUI: controlled substance-impaired ability-1st offense, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, turning movements and required signals and failure to use safety belt-driver and front seat occupant, waived for court.

— Matthew James Wolfe, of Renovo, charged with criminal trespass-enter structure, criminal mischief-damage property, disorderly conduct hazardous/physical offense, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness and similar misconduct, waived for court.

— Richard O. Dreisbach, of Beech Creek, charged with strangulation-applying pressure to throat or neck, and simple assault, waived for court.

— Renee Christine Bartenope, of Mill Hall, charged with DUI: controlled substance-combination alcohol/drugs-1st offense, DUI: high rate of alcohol-1st offense, disregard traffic lane (single) and careless driving, waived for court.

— Brandy Michele Moyer, of Jersey Shore, charged with DUI: general impairment/incapability of driving safely-1st offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol-1st offense, endangering welfare of children-parent/guardian/other commits offense and accidental damage to unattended vehicle or property.
