Theft by deception

RENOVO — Renovo police charged Erin Bruno, 36, with one count of theft by deception and one count of bad checks stemming from an incident on May 8, 2023, at Lingle’s Market in Renovo.

According to police, Bruno is alleged to have cashed a check for $80.27 via mobile deposit to a bank account, and then cashed the same check the same day at Lingle’s Market and received the funds for it.

Bruno was given the opportunity to pay the value of the check, plus fees; however, she failed to do so, police said.

Corruption of minors

RENOVO — Renovo police have arrested Faith Marr, 35, of Renovo, on June 14, for an incident that occurred between June 1 and June 3, 2024.

According to police, Marr allegedly provided alcohol to a 16 year old juvenile, and has been released on bail.

Possession of controlled

substance

RENOVO — Renovo police arrested Kyle Lundfelt, 39, of Renovo, on June 10, 2024, at approximately 6:42 p.m., for drug offenses.

Police said Lundfelt was taken into custody on an arrest warrant from another agency, and upon police searching him he is alleged to have had suspected methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia on him.

Lundfelt was arraigned by MDJ Mills and committed to the Clinton County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 bail, police said.

JERSEY SHORE — Lycoming Regional Police have charged Johnna R. Finan, 32, of Jersey Shore, with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine and alprazolam) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police said they charged her after illegal narcotics were found in her home on April 23; Finan has waved her preliminary hearing and is free on $25,000 bail.

DUI

JERSEY SHORE — A Jersey Shore man, 61, was stopped by state police at 8:45 p.m. on Feb. 5 after his 2012 Volkswagen Jetta failed to stop at a red light at Via Bella and Hepburn streets, according to police, upon which alcohol could be detected from the man’s breath and he had glassy, bloodshot eyes.

Police said the man allegedly had one alcoholic beverage prior to driving, but had an empty shooter container in the back seat of the vehicle; the man also admitted to taking half a pill of suboxone every other day and acknowledged alcohol should not be taken with the medicine.

The man failed a field sobriety test, had a BAC of .06 and his lab results were positive for the presence of cocaine, police said.

The man was charged with DUI, four summary offenses, waived his preliminary hearing and was released on $5,000 bail, police said.
