MILL HALL — The Gloryway Quartet is returning to the Lamar Lighthouse Camp Summer Concert Series this Sunday, with the concert scheduled at 7 p.m. at Cedar Heights Brethren in Christ Church, 37 Cedar Heights, Route 64.

The Gloryway Quartet comes from Mansfield, Ohio. With a full four-part harmony in Southern gospel style, the quartet has a heart for the lost, integrity to go the extra mile, and talent to share with all who will listen. Its music has been called inspiring and uplifting.

This concert concludes the 2018 series.

Lamar Lighthouse Camp administrators say they want to thank all who have supported the concert series with prayer, attendance and finances, especially the Cedar Heights church for providing a place for the concerts this summer. The camp’s Tabernacle building succumbed to winter weather, and a campaign is underway to replace it.

The camp also thanks the community and concert attenders for rallying behind the Tabernacle project, as well as The Express and its community editor, Wendy Stiver.

Upcoming fundraisers for the project include a spaghetti supper at Mill Hall Fire Hall on Saturday, Oct. 20, with more information to be announced later.

Also, a Go-Fund Me Account has been opened under www.gofundme.com/help-replace-our-camp-tabernacle.
