St. Luke’s UCC to hold yard sale

LOCK HAVEN — St. Luke’s United Church of Christ, 1175 W. Fourth St., Lock Haven, will hold a yard and bake sale on Friday, May 3 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday, May 4 from 9 a.m. to noon.

The kitchen will be open and serving hot dogs and hamburgers.

Victorian luncheon tea party

BELLEFONTE — Bellefonte First Presbyterian Church, 203 E. Spring St., Bellefonte, will be hosting a Victorian luncheon tea party on May 4 at 1 p.m.

The cost is $25 and reservations can be made by calling 814-355-4202 or sending an email to vinebranch1@comcast.net.

Prepayment can be made by sending a check to Tea Party at 203 E. Spring St., Bellefonte, Pa. 16823.

Oriole UM to hold

yard sale

ORIOLE — The Oriole United Methodist Church, 39 Main R., Jersey Shore, will be holding a yardsale on Friday, May 10 and Saturday, May 11.

The sale will run from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. both days with baked goods also available for purchase.

Fisherman’s Breakfast

AVIS — Avis United Methodist Church, located at the corner of Park and Prospect streets, will be hosting a free Fisherman’s Breakfast today from 6 to 10 a.m. You don’t have to be a fisherman to come, everyone is welcome.

Charlton Chapel closed

on Good Friday

LOCK HAVEN — Charlton Chapel, 46 Church Hill Rd., will be closed on Good Friday, April 19. Rev. Dr. Bryon K. Reynolds will be co-celebrating with Rev. Kerry Aucker at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Jersey Shore.

Spring Revival at Summit Hill

HOWARD — Everyone is invited to Spring Revival at Summit Hill Wesleyan Church, 1725 Summit Hill Rd., Howard from April 14 to 17. The Sunday, April 14 morning service will take place 10:30 a.m. and the evening service at 6:30 p.m. with Sunday School at 9:30 a.m. The following days services will take place at 7 p.m. and be conducted by Rev. Mike Neimond.

LAMAR — The Nittany Valley Fellowship churches will be holding Lenten service Sunday at Lamar United Methodist Church, 5029 Nittany Valley Dr., Mill Hall. Services will begin at 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
