Thanksgiving Service this Sunday

LOCK HAVEN — Clinton County Ministerium is holding their annual Community Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, Dec. 1.

The service is graciously being hosted by the Salvation Army, 119 E. Church St., Lock Haven with Captain Dan and Captain Holly Johnson.

Desserts will be served at 6 p.m. and the service is at 7. Majors John and Martha Wheeler will be leading worship and speaking.

This service is held not only to thank God for all His blessings but to also celebrate the One Gallon Challenge program. The CCM One Gallon Challenge was started to help people with their heating needs. All offerings stay in Clinton County and are totally used for heating assistance. The offering at this service will be given to the One Gallon Challenge. Many have been giving to this outreach all year long as well.
