Three new COVID-19 case reported in Clinton County

980 new cases of virus in Pa. brings total to 65,392

Three new case of COVID-19 was reported in Clinton County Thursday afternoon increasing the total to 48 cases, the Pennsylvania Department of Health reported.

So far 463 people in the county have tested negative for the virus.

Centre County decreased by increased to a total of 136 positives with 1,697 testing negative.

Lycoming County’s total number of positives remained the same at 152 with 1,882 negatives reported.

Tioga County has a total of 16 cases within the area and 461 negatives.

Throughout the Commonwealth, 980 additional cases were reported bumping the total up to 65,392 cases, the department reported.

4,869 deaths related to the coronavirus were reported. 303,514 people have tested negative to the virus.

Other counties surrounding Clinton continue to report two or more cases.

Two cases are reported in Cameron with 110 testing negative; four cases were reported in Potter with 123 testing negative; Clearfield County has 33 cases with 897 testing negative. Union County has 61 positive cases and 877 people testing negative.
