No new COVID-19 cases in Clinton County
Clinton County added no new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
Since the outbreak first began there have been 55 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the county and nine probable cases. So far 1,104 people have tested negative to the virus.
Centre County saw an increase of six new cases with 168 confirmed and nine probable, according to the department’s numbers.
Throughout the state, there are now a total of 79,483 cases since the outbreak first began. A total of 362 new cases were added on Tuesday.
The Department of Health reports 34 deaths on Tuesday, bringing the total to 6,277. In Clinton County, there have been three confirmed deaths. The health department has reported six deaths for Centre County.
An estimated 74 percent of patients about 59,612 people with the virus have recovered, according to the department.
A total of 523,609 patients in Pennsylvania have tested negative for COVID-19.
