Barbara L. Neff
Born in Bellefonte on July 26, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Phyllis Boccorato Fogleman.
Barb was a 1959 graduate of Immaculate Conception High School, Lock Haven.
On Aug. 19, 1959, in Winchester, Va., she married Russell F. Neff, who survives.
Barb worked for 12 years at Bobbie Brooks, before her 18 year tenor at Woolrich Woolen Mills. After the Woolrich plant closed, she worked as a cashier at Scott’s Lo-Cost and then Wal-Mart. In addition, she was a sales representative for Avon for 18 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Fogleman.
