Frances Dershem, 60, of Lock Haven passed away Friday, Oct. 9 at Geisinger Hospital in Danville. Frances was born on Dec. 26, 1959 in La Grange, Ind., to the late Ralph and Harriet Dershem.
Frances previously worked for The Express and Brodart. She truly enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She loved spending time with her granddaughter Selica Dershem and grandson Preston Rose. She enjoyed dancing, listening to music but most of all being a homemaker and taking care of her family.
Franny is survived by her son; Curtis Dershem of Lock Haven, daughter; Alycia Rose of Jersey Shore and her companion; Gary Rose of Lock Haven. Also surviving are her brothers; Ralph (Sherry) Dershem of Antes Fort, James Dershem Sr., of Lock Haven, and Charles (Teresa) Dershem of Mill Hall along with several nieces and nephews. Franny’s bubbly, smiley and happy go lucky personality will be missed by many.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 17, 2020 at Dunnstown United Methodist Church. Family and friends will be received from noon to 2 p.m. with services starting at 2 p.m. Masks are mandatory. A luncheon will follow for immediate family. Pastor J.
