Victoria H. Robinson
Victoria H. Robinson, 73, wife of Gerald D. Robinson, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2020 at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center in Clackamas, OR. Her loving husband and son were at her side.
Vicki was a wonderful person who always put others before herself.
Born in Lock Haven, on March 16, 1947, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Swales) Hanna.
She was a graduate of Jersey Shore High School in 1965 and Lock Haven State College in 1969. Vicki was an elementary school teacher in Lock Haven (Woodward and McGhee schools) after completing her college degree. She later worked as a publishing assistant in New York, NY, then as a realtor, and finally as a commercial insurance underwriter in Baltimore, MD. She and Jerry have resided in Sandy, OR since 2016.
Vicki loved RVing with Jerry in her Earthbound travel trailer, with their last trip being across the country to Oregon. Other hobbies included working with stained glass, knitting, and (of course) shopping with her sister. She loved spending time with family members and also with her devoted dog Parker.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son Michael, also of Sandy, OR and sister Lucinda (Cindy Confer) of Mill Hall. Her in-laws include Terry Confer of Mill Hall, Rosemary (Louis) Winner of Lock Haven, Patrice (widow of Douglas Robinson) of Wellsboro, and Kevin (Diane) Robinson of Lititz. She has one granddaughter and five nieces and nephews.
Services will be held later at the convenience of the family. If desired, please make a donation in Vicki’s memory to the charity of your choice.
