Earl Cloyd Hague Jr.

Earl “Tony” Cloyd Hague Jr., 63, passed away at his home in Inman, S.C. on Tuesday, March 16, 2021.

He was born on July 11, 1957, son of the late Earl Cloyd Hague Sr. and Delores Dowling.

Earl was a 1975 graduate of Lock Haven High School. After graduating, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps.

He worked in many fields, including his favorites “pizza man” and construction. His many occupations led him to travel, working his way across the U.S. including Hawaii and back to Lock Haven.

Earl always had a story to tell. He was a “macho man”. He has the kindest heart and loved with his whole heart. He always protected those he loved.

Earl married his soulmate, Heather Nixon in Lock Haven on April 19, 2017. After the birth of their first granddaughter Sophia Grace, they moved to Inman, S.C. to be with her.

Earl loved doing anything outside. He loved doing yard work, fixing and building things, fishing, traveling, cooking and spending time with family.

He enjoyed every day with his pride and joy, Sophia. Every morning they would wake up and watch “Let’s Make a Deal” and “The Price is Right” together. On Fridays, Earl would sing and dance to his favorite song “Aloha Friday” with Sophia.

Earl is survived by his wife, Heather Ann Hague, two step daughters that he never considered “step” Alaina and Taylor, and one granddaughter, his “sweetheart” Sophia Grace. He is also survived by his siblings Audrey, Edna, Billy, Alice and Tim, many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Earl’s life will be held on Saturday, May 1 at the Salvation Army Chapel in Lock Haven at 3 p.m. COVID protocols with mandatory masks and social distancing will be implemented.
