Christopher Crissman
Christopher Crissman, 57, of Cherry Tree, passed away April 10, 2025, at UPMC Altoona Hospital.
Born March 30, 1968 in Lock Haven, son of the late Jack and Nancy (Groce) Crissman. Survived by loving wife of 20 years, Christina (Lloyd) Crissman, Cherry Tree; children, Christopher Crissman Jr. and Courtnee Crissman, both of Maryland; Joseph (Nicole) Fiasco and Breonna (Fiasco), wife of Brian Kramer, all of San Diego; Carleana Mae Crissman, Georgia; and Marcus (Dusti) Berrelez, Bellefonte. Also grandson, Jasper Crissman, and granddaughters, Ellanora Fiasco and Gracelynn Spangler. Brother of Kathy (Carl) Smith, of Castanea Twp.; Jacqueline Hahn and Ruthann Long, both of Bellefonte; and Ellery Crissman, State College. Also survived by best friends, Jim McCoy, Ohio and Paul Vidra, Philadelphia.
Christopher was a devoted husband, a loving Christian man who will be deeply missed by his wife, family and friends. Christopher grew up in Lock Haven and worked in his parents’ business, Crissman Meats. He attended James Madison and Lock Haven Universities where he was a heavyweight wrestler earning state and national accolades. He worked as a Mortgage Broker for Priority Group and was also the owner of C-Square Construction. He loved his life as a self-employed farmer and the Operations Manager of Doc Lloyd’s Farm and Northern Cambria Farmer’s Market. He was very close with members of the area Amish community and was happy to employ members of five of their area families. He was a fanatical sports fan who followed collegiate wrestling, NASCAR, Penn State Football, the Philadelphia Eagles and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Family and friends will be received on Saturday, April 19 at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc. Northern Cambria from 10 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. until time of service at 4 p.m.
