The UPMC nurses and staff who give flu shots in the parking lot outside their Bellefonte Avenue office deserve a big round of APPLAUSE. We arrived on a cold, rainy morning but were met with smiles and professionalism from the nurses and staff who were working under a small canopy. They quickly came over to greet us, took care of the paperwork, and gave us our flu shots. They could not have been more helpful and efficient and we want them to know that we and many others appreciate their skill and dedication.

APPLAUSE to the Clinton County SPCA for their participation in the Pet Extravaganza. It was a beautiful day, and it was wonderful to be outside socializing. To Crissy Lehman and her team — it is heartwarming the dedication you all have for the animals. You all give countless hours to the animals some which have been abandoned, rescued, injured, and the lost ones, which you do your best to reunite with their owners. Again, your hard work and dedication is to be commended.
