Bad for the child

Lock Haven

I could not believe what I read in recently in the Williamsport newspaper.

A county judge allowed a mother who failed several urine screens while out on bail (supervised or not) have her child back.

And if that wasn’t enough, he allowed the proven father or boyfriend, whatever, guilty of breaking the child’s arm to live with them.

At the end of the article he said he was giving the mother one more chance. How many times does that chance turn out bad for the child?
