Our world, as we have known it, is turned upside down.
We have walked away from God and now we live with Him being on the other side. We live with the results — no longer under His loving protection, under the “shadow of the Almighty,” no longer “a nation under God.”
Scripture Micah 6:8 reveals how we miraculously find ourselves on the upside.
“He hath shown thee, a man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with thy God.”
Treat one another with justice, respect, compassion, understanding. Be kind and merciful to others as we hunger for and appreciate those being merciful to us. Live humbly before God and our fellow man. Some may havae greater abundance materially, but we all start the same — helpless, “owning nothing, infant, requiring every need met by someone else.
There is nothing we have, nothing we do that makes us better than another.
It is our choice to believe in God, and for those who choose not, live by his principles, his guidance. When all do, we find peacewithin ourselves and with one another.
