To those who want to stalk letter writers

DAWN MOYER

Mill Hall

When did some voters become so brainwashed by Trump’s fake news?

I recently received an anonymous letter in the mail and I want to address the letter writer, who likely is reading this. To start with, if you want to call someone brainwashed here are a few things to remember:

First, you typed this letter on a computer so you should have used spell check.

Second, you should proof read to make sure the letter makes sense.

Third, when you want to boast about how great you are at helping the community, it would help if I knew who you were so that I could see what you have done for the community.

Fourth, when you are telling someone else to crawl out from under a rock and that you think they are badly brainwashed, have the guts enough to sign your name.

Normal people who think you are wrong simply write a letter to the editor in response and name themselves, as is this newspaper’s policy. I have respect for these people. They have guts to stand up and be heard, they are not cowards.

On the other hand, people who privately hunt you down and send unsigned letters to who they think may have written a letter to the editor, that is just stalking.

Now in response to the letter you sent me. Donald Trump was acquitted by the U.S. Senate. I agree the first impeachment went through the U.S. House of Representatives, and so did the second, but he was acquittted then, too.

The second impeachment attempt, in my opinion, was a waste of taxpayer money because Donald J. Trump is a civilian and so far as I’m concerned, you cannot impeach a civilian.

As for Presidnet Trump’s alleged “act of treason,” I don’t believe Trump incited the Jan. 6 riot.

The voter fraud issues were not as much about dead voters as it was about accountability for mail-in ballots and signatures.
