I’ve been eating lunch at the Lock Haven Salvation Army for quite some time.
When I go home, once in a while I see people get a parking ticket.
In my opinion, when people get a parking ticket, the City of Lock Haven must be hard up for money this time of the year.
There should be free parking city wide.
