Spring Fest means good food

March 29, 2012
The Express

The new Holy Spirit Parish is presenting its first Spring Fest, which will be open again today. The event began Monday with candy sales and got into full swing yesterday. It is a continuation of the traditional Spring Fest at St. Agnes Church Center, combining the members of St. Agnes and Immaculate Conception churches who are now together in one parish. The event concludes today at 7 p.m. The public can buy themed baskets, baked goods and candies, and today's menu features pigs in a blanket, kielbasa, sauerkraut, pierogies, pork, haluski, hot dogs, sausage, buttered potatoes, homemade soups, homemade desserts and beverages.
