Finally, the racing community caught a break on Sunday afternoon. Lincoln Speedway ran the “Icebreaker 30” and Lucas Wolfe drew the pole position and never looked back as he led all 30 laps where more than half of the starters ended their day in the pits. After multiple yellow cautions and red flags, Wolfe took the green flag one last time. There was no looking back and he took the checkered flag nearly a second over Ryan Smith. Danny Dietrich crossed the line third, Rick Lafferty was fourth and Brian Montieth held onto fifth.

Port Royal is planning to open up next Saturday, March 16 at 4 p.m. Williams Grove will make their attempt for opening day on Sunday March 17 at 2 p.m. Hoosier will be on hand to give fans hats, hoodies, t-shirts, seat cushions, and can coolers!

See you at the races!!
