Central Mountain Middle School girls basketball gets 9th win in a row

The Central Mountain Middle School girls basketball team continued their current hot streak with a ninth win in a row by beating Montoursville at home, 49-25.

Ava Renninger led all scorers with 25 points including three 3-pointers. Keely Rohrbach added 12 points. The Warriors were held to just five first half points and were paced in scoring by Maddy Labatch who notched 15 points. The ‘Cats now sport a 10-1 record for the season.

In seventh grade action, Central Mountain outpaced Montoursville with a 20-9 final. The Wildcats take to the road this Monday to face Loyalsock with a scheduled tip-off time of 5:30 and 6:30pm.
