Kopysciansky, a CM grad, earns Centennial Conference honors

Vincent Kopysciansky, a 2019 Central Mountain graduate and current member of the Susquehanna University football team, was named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll.

He is recognized as one of two sophomores representing the SU football program.

Kopysciansky is a sophomore participating on the offensive line playing center, offensive guard and long snapper. He earned a 3.7 GPA during his freshman year majoring in biochemistry with an emphasis on pharmaceutical research and development.

Kopysciansky was a three sport athlete at Central Mountain and competed in football, swimming and track and field. He served as team captain for all three teams. Playing football under Jim Renninger, he was a three time varsity letterwinner and earned second-team All- Mountain Athletic Conference honors.

The fall Susquehanna football season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, however, Kopysciansky is looking forward to returning to campus in the spring and resuming football activities.
