TIM WEIGHT/For the Express Lock Haven's Lucas Kapusta wrestles in a dual match during the 2024-25 season. Kapusta will represent the Bald Eagles at the U.S. Open Championships.

LAS VEGAS – The Lock Haven men’s wrestling team will send eight wrestlers to compete in the 2025 U.S. Open Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The event will be held at The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas from April 23-27.

The annual USA Wrestling 2025 US Open Events are storming into Las Vegas. This year’s event will feature multiple national championships and World Team Trials.

The Bald Eagles will be represented in the Senior and U20 Division.

Lucas Kapusta, Nick Stampoulos, Gavin Hoffman, Hunter Gould, Ousmane Duncanson, Nick Kunstek, Cole Bartram and Tucker Hogan will be representing Mat Town RTC.
