Centre adds 34 cases; Clinton up three
Centre County’s numbers continue to grow, though not at the alarming rate they did a few weeks ago.
Centre County added 34 cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, bringing its total to 3,744 cases of the deadly virus. Clinton County added three cases and is now at 242 cases of COVID-19. Throughout the state, there are 1,425 new cases. That brings the statewide total to 186,297. A total of 8,562 Pennsylvanians have died as a result of the virus.
As far as negative tests are concerned, Centre County has had 34,267 of its residents test negative for the virus. Clinton County has had 4,849 of its residents test negative.
Lycoming County added 11 new cases of the virus. Its total now stands at 902 cases. In other nearby counties, the numbers look like this: Blair (1,077), Cambria (918), Union (647), Potter (43) and Cameron (8).
