Clinton County adds just three new cases of COVID-19; Centre up 51
Clinton County added just three cases of COVID-19 on Thursday. Centre County, meanwhile, added 51 cases of the deadly virus. Clinton County now has 2,395 total cases. Centre County’s total now stands at 10,408.
Pennsylvania added 5,664 new positives. That brings the statewide total to 788,834.
The commonwealth has now recorded more than 20,000 deaths attributed to the virus. With 260 new COVID-19 deaths reported on Thursday, Pennsylvania’s total is now 20,128.
As far as negative tests are concerned, Clinton County has seen 7,739 of its residents test negative for the virus. Centre County has seen 55,184 of its residents test negative for the virus. Across Pennsylvania there were 13,744 new negatives for a total of 3,520,836.
In other nearby counties, the numbers look like this: Cambria (10,342), Blair (9,518), Lycoming (7,596), Clearfield (5,272), Union (3,777) and Cameron (221).
