Katelyn Ann Smith Lock Haven We’ve all seen people walking alongside the roads in Flemington by Rey Azteca Restaurant, Tractor Supply, Walmart. I’ve been wondering if it’s ever been discussed to put sidewalks along Hogan Boulevard so that it’s a safer place for people to walk to stores.
