DUI JULIAN — On Aug. 31, at approximately 11:43 p.m., a motor vehicle crash was investigated by PSP Rockview near the 3100 block of South Eagle Valley Road, Union Township. One operator, John Kormanec, 45, of Renovo, was arrested for DUI, according to police. Theft by deception LAMAR — On Aug. 24, at approximately 2:02 p.m., state police at Lamar were dispatched to an address along Nittany Valley Drive to investigate a report of theft.
