DOH considers testing site in county

LOCK HAVEN — Clinton County may host another COVID-19 testing site. Andrew Kremser, county emergency services director, said he is currently discussing the possibility with the Department of Health and Lock Haven University. “I had a conversation with the Department of Health this week.
