CMMS new assistant principal

PHOTO PROVIDED

This year, Central Mountain Middle School was introduced to two new female administrators. Mrs. Ashton Brady began her CMMS journey last summer, while Mrs. Laura Fragassi started at CMMS in January.

Mrs. Brady has been in education for 10 years. She previously taught at Nittany Valley Christian School. Her husband is in the military so Mrs. Brady has lived in five states. Mrs. Brady said that she is excited for the eighth graders going into high school and is looking forward to more positive things this current semester and the following years.

Since she was in 5th grade, Mrs. Fragassi wanted to go into education. She was inspired by her 5th grade teacher. Mrs. Fragassi taught 4th and 5th grade for 10 years and was also an instructional coach for 5 years before becoming an assistant principal. Mrs. Fragassi states that she has always worked in smaller schools, and she wanted to work somewhere larger, so she could be with more students and staff.

Mrs. Brady and Mrs. Fragassi both agree that time is one of the biggest struggles. They love the positive things that are happening at CMMS. Both new assistant principals love it at CMMS and are very optimistic about the rest of the school year and more to come in the future!

Starting at $3.69/week.
