Mr. and Mrs. Neil G. Benshaw of Williamsport will celebrate 70 years of marriage on May 24, 2022.

They were married in 1952 at the rectory of St. Joseph Church in Renovo, Pa.

Mrs. Benshaw, the former Carolyn Ann Marshall of North Bend, Pa. graduated from St. Joseph Catholic High School in Renovo, PA. She worked at Sylvania in Montoursvile, Pa. where she made many good friends. She also worked at the Carol House in downtown Williamsport.

Mr. Neil Benshaw graduated from Renovo High School. He retired from Conrail and served in the Korean War.

They are the parents of three sons, Tim, Neil and Mark and two daughters Beth and Carolyn. They have eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
