Mr. and Mrs. Dale R. Straub, of Pine Creek Avenue, Jersey Shore, celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on Feb. 8. They were married by the Rev. J. W. Dean at St. James Lutheran Church in Rauchtown.
Mr. Straub retired from Penn State College of Technology and graduated from Penn State University. The former Carol M. Mantle, Mrs. Straub, retired from M&T Bank and graduated from Penn College of Technology.
The couple are the parents of a son, David (Susan), of Avis, and a daughter, Dianna Sweely (Gary), of Jersey Shore, and a late son, Douglas. Their family includes five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and a late grandson, Shane.
